Material to be used includes RCC foundation (Piller & beam), MS angles, chain link mesh, door with lock etc. (pls see a sample design below) The timeline to complete the project is approx. 6 months from the start of work. Please find the BOM and reference design for the same. AWS/ARG Civil Work Proper foundation should be laid for civil work at the site with RCC of 1:2:4, 2 feet below ground level to 0.5 feet above ground level for the Mast for installing AWS/ARG sensors and electronics, fencing and other equipment to be installed. The mast for mounting the sensors should be made up of Aluminum or GI material of 1.5-inch diameter and gauge 2 or better. The fencing of the AWS/ARG site should be done in such a manner that it ensures the safety of the instruments in the remote locations. A suitable chain-link or barbed wire fence with a gate and Signboard at each AWS/ARG site would be preferable. |
