Who We Are
Tusker Brigade is a merchant exporter based in Davangere, Karnataka, India.
We coordinate custom knitted and woven apparel and winter accessories for wholesale buyers in the UK, Europe, the USA and worldwide.
One factory needs 5000 pieces of one style to start. Your business needs those 5000 pieces split across 10 styles.
We put those 10 styles from 5 factories into one container, with one QC report and one invoice.
What We Develop
We work with selected manufacturing partners for men's and women's collections:
Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Knitwear, Co-ordinates, Trousers, Dresses, Scarves, Beanies.Every development starts with your brief, reference image or tech pack. We review it against construction, fabric, colour, size range, target quantity and delivery destination - before a single piece is cut.
Our Process - Documented, Not Verbal
Before bulk, you confirm the sample, measurements, colour reference, construction, labelling and commercial terms. Nothing moves to production without your written approval.
We handle buyer-specific development:
Fabric and colour options, woven labels, printed labels, care labels, hangtags, barcodes, stickers, packaging and presentation requirements.White-label for new brands and entrepreneurs is available - subject to MOQ, approved artwork, sample approval and supplier capability.
Sourcing, Sampling & Production Process
1. Fabric Sourcing You Can Show Customs
We don't say "transparent." We give you a yarn-to-garment origin sheet with every shipment:
- 100% Indian Transformation: Yarn, fabric and garment all made in India.
- Blended / Imported Origin: Exact declaration of where fabric or yarn was imported from before transformation in India.
Because customs doesn't accept "high quality" - they accept documents.
2. Your Tech-Pack Stays Yours
Every bulk order starts with a signed NDA. Your tech-packs, designs and brand assets are not shared, leaked or reused.3. Samples That You Can Test, Not Just See
You approve the proforma. We dispatch physical samples in 4-5 working days after production and documentation is complete. Every sample box includes lab test reports and the Air Waybill.Because "premium" doesn't prove anything. A lab report does.
4. Documents Ready Before The Goods Land
Buyers get a 10-day window to clear customs. We finish all export and import papers before the shipment leaves Davangere. When the goods land, your paperwork is already in order.Because a delay at customs costs more than freight.

We don't write "uncompromising quality." We send you measurement sheets, colour approvals and lab reports for every order. Production moves only after you approve them.Every Order On Paper.
Every order runs on a signed International Trade Agreement, quotation, proforma invoice and commercial agreement. Specs, fibre composition, sample timing, lead times, MOQ, pricing, testing, shipment costs and delivery terms are confirmed in writing.Under DAP, Tusker Brigade arranges carriage to the agreed place. Import clearance, import duties, taxes and unloading remain with the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
