RUNFLAT Tire Systems is an industry leading specialist, custom Runflat insert manufacturer based out of Hyderabad, India. Our mission is to manufacture custom made Runflat solutions and Bead Locks for 4X4, 6X6, 8X8 & other Armored, Up-Armored & Special Purpose Vehicles ranging from 3,000 - 40,000 Kilos Gross Vehicle Weight as per specific end user requirements.

New RUNFLAT Sizes can be developed in 4 weeks lead time. Installation of the RUNFLAT is made easy by our special ''Two-piece bolt on system'', the RUNFLAT can be mounted using basic hand tools combined with almost none or minimal training protocol. Once the RUNFLAT is mounted onto the wheel almost no servicing is required unless the system has been used due to puncture or otherwise.

All Our RUNFLAT Inserts comply with FINABEL & NATO Standards  

The RUNFLATS have been Ballistic tested using 7.62x54R caliber, 155 Grain, B32 API ammunition at H.P White Laboratories, USA. 

Load Testing is done at Taiwan Rubber Research & Testing Center, TAIWAN

Runflat Tire Systems exports to more than 15 countries and are certified suppliers to the INDIAN ARMY, DRDO, SPG, Para Military Forces, Police departments and Armored vehicle manufacturing OEM's and other Private Armored vehicle fabricators.
