This has reference to your above cited tender on captioned subject we would like to introduce ourselves as a premier leading security organization in the state of Orissa have been functioning since 1988 registered under IGR, Orissa as partnership Farm and undertaking the different categories of manpower/security needs of different state/Central Govt. organizations, Public sector units and reputed private sector organizations. By virtue of our tiresome efforts and endeavour this organization has been converted into a Private Limited Company in the year 1996. This organization has also honoured with becoming the first security agency in Orissa to get registered with the Directorate General Resettlement, Ministry of Defence, Government of India, New Delhi in the year 1990 to meet national commitment for rehabilitation of retired defence personnel by providing them employment opportunity on security related duties.  For our magnificent achievements, the Rajya Sainik Board, Govt. of Orissa, has recognized us. Our executive panel consists of a team of senior retired defence officials having vast experiences in the field of Industrial Security.

OUR SERVICES AND TRAINING

Our prime aim is to facilitate quality services to our valued customers by providing well trained, technical skilled different categories of manpower. Our agency is also providing scientific and technical manpower services such as project assistant, engineers, lab technician, project worker etc. In addition to above we provide Computer Operator, Draftsman, Office Assistant, electricians, IT assistants, DTP operators, Stenographer, Driver, Gardener, office attendant and sweeper etc. on requirement of our esteemed clients. We have number of trained civilian and ex-servicemen manpower working at different state/central Govt, PSUs and reputed private organizations with optimum satisfaction of the principal employers.                                                                                                                                                                    

Besides above, a number of trained civilians and ex-servicemen manpower/security personnel have already registered their names with our organization and waiting for their employment.  So, our agency is always ready to provide any category of personnel if required by our valued customers with a short notice.

SUPERVISION MECHANISM

About mechanism of supervision, besides our supervisor in-charges deployed at various units/organization, we have field officers for round the clock supervision and ready at all times to meet any untoward incidents.  Through constant supervision and effective control, we try to get best out of these and to render useful service to our patrons. This agency provides responsive manpower services to our principal employers.  During emergency our experienced field staffs rush to the spot to analyses the problem and without giving any extra burden to our clients independently try to mitigate the problems.  We keep a very good liaison with local Police and Administration authorities to meet any unforeseen eventualities in the jurisdiction of our deployment.

We offer highly competitive rate for providing manpower and allied services keeping in view of minimum wages Act and all statutory provision promulgated by state/central Labour Dept from time to time.  Our said charges include all the mandatory statutory provision as per central Labour Act.
