 The Institute is run by Sitaie Shikshan Bahuuddeshiya Sanstha which is Registered under societies registration act 1860 by the Government of Maharashtra.Reg.No,is 0000568/18 and also Registered under the Mumbai Public Trust Act,1950 at the Public Trust Registration office Nagpur , Number in Register of Public Trusts- F-0036254(NGP)  and Also Registered Ministry of  MSME  GOVERNMENT OF INDIA UAM No. MH20D0082992 , Also Affilated to  Vocational Education Board Maharashtra Recognized by MCA GOVERNMENT OF INDIA  For Vocational Courses  Institute Registration Number VETB/ATC/PMCTC/246/2019
