HJ Fashions was incorporated in the February of 2005, serving the needs of the garment export sector since the last 15 yrs. Over the years, the company has specialized in designing & manufacturing of High fashion Ladies, Babies, Girls & Boys garments and accessories.

The director of the company Mrs. Sangeeta Seth has been running the entire group successfully for the past 28 years. Mr. Nitin Seth, the second director of the company has been handling production of the above group for the past 25 years. During the tenure, the directors have dealt with high profile clients in France, U.K., U.S.A., Spain, Italy, Canada, Sweden, Denmark etc.

In Garments, we specialize in High fashion Ladies, Babies, Girls & Boys Garments of  latest trend, mainly Dresses, Tops, Blouses, Skirts, Shorts, Rompers, Leggings, Shirts, Sets in various types of Cotton/ Knitted fabrics/Yarn Dyed/Rayon/Polyester/Linen/Flex/Denim/Twill/Lycra etc with Printing in different techniques & lots of added values i.e. heavy embroidery /hand work/smocking/embroidery/appliqué/embellishment.  In Accessories, we have been manufacturing caps, handbags, purses & fabric shoes etc for our customers.

Manufacturing Setup

The company is functioning through Two units in the industrial hub of Gurgaon (20,000 Sq Ft. covered area) having an aggregate production capacity of 50,000 to 60,000 pcs per month EACH unit. The units are run in a very professional manner and has state of the art machinery from the best machinery manufacturers in the garment industry.

As the volume of business had increased considerably with our customers, therefore

the Directors of the Company had acquired a New unit of 1000 sq. mts on which 20,000 sq.ft is already built up in a Industrial zone of Gurgaon which is fully compliant with the Bye-laws of MCG. This Unit is functional from January 2017 with the latest art of machinery & is in a position to provide additional Production capacities. Hence Company is on the Look out for Good & Reputed  Customers.

 The company has an additional setup in Bawal (15,000 sq. ft. area – facility ready), wherein fully computerized embroidery machines (Tajima & Barudan make) and additional stitching / finishing machines are in process of being installed, so as to increase capacity, to ensure better vertical integration and timely turnarounds.

The company employs around 500 people (directly & indirectly) and it is due to the utmost dedication and pride with which they perform their tasks, that the company is able to achieve its targets. The company adheres to labour laws and other co-related regulations & maintains a hygienic work environment.

Quality Assurance

The Company’s ‘never compromise on quality’ policy has made them  company customers can trust. Both fabrics and garments are subject to intensive and careful inspection at every stage of production and fabrics are tested in the company’s own laboratory for counts and construction, shrinkage, PH testing, color fastness to wash, and color matching.
