A competent professional with  35 years of extensive experience in setting up greenfield projects in molasses and grain-based Distilleries, he has got vast experience in Production, Planning & Quality Control. He holds the distinction of leading and managing the operations successfully and has Demonstrative excellence in conceptualizing and implementing various business strategies.

Mr. Pathak is proficient in leading dedicated teams for running successful business operations and experience of developing procedures and service standards for business excellence. He has managed and operated many Distilleries in India. He mentors in conceptualizing, executing & commissioning of distillery/ malt projects. Has worked with many organizations e.g., Somaiya Organics India Limited (UP), M/s Kesar Enterprises, Asoka Distillers & Chemicals and Simbhaoli Sugars. As of now, we are associated together and he is working in the capacity of reputed consultant for distillery division.
