The origin of the Group can be traced back to 1976, when our Chairman, Shri Rajendra Kumar Gupta, a technocrat (B.E. – Mech.) from the Birla Institute of Technology, returned from Kenya after a brief stint in the Paper Industry and flagged off business in the Tea Industry under the banner of ‘Aarkay Industries’ with the launch of 'MEGAPUT' Dryers and 'SUPER' Heaters. From a humble beginning in 1976, the house of Aarkay has slowly but steadily grown to become a pioneer and leader in the field of tea processing technology. Today, AARKAY provides a single-point solution for CTC, Orthodox and Green Tea manufacturing plant and machinery.
