About RVR

• Executed Major Projects for Government / Semi Government, PSU’s (HPCL, BPCL, EIL and BHEL); Defence (MES, DGNP, DRDO) and Private Sectors.
• Possesses In-house fabrication unit with required machinery including gantry crane.

About SREE

M/s RVR has established a medium size Fabrication Industry in the name of M/s SREE RAMAKRISHNA ENGINEERING ENTERPRISES at Plot No.: 202, D-Block, Autonagar, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh with a view to widen the business and to cater to the needs of new projects for the fabrication of critical equipments like:

• Heavy Structural Works
• Heat Exchangers
• Defence Equipments
• Pressure Piping & Turnkey Projects

The workshop is registered under SSI Units vide ref.: 28-013-12-00154 dated 03-06-2009, built in area of 10,000 Sq. mtrs and covered area of 1500 Sq. mtrs with 3 floored attached office building and also connected power of 500HP and standby power generator of 125KVA. The shop is presently equipped with the following machinery, lifting & handling facilities:

Technical Staff

The organization of ‘SREE RAMAKRISHNA ENGINEERING ENTERPRISES’ is well balanced and managed by a team of qualified and experienced Technocrats with experience of more than two decades from a well known fabrication industry are positioned as the key persons of the workshop to guide, organize and execute the works with established procedures & practices.

Engineering

The detailed fabrication drawings and as-built drawings are organized internally. Designing works of pressure vessels and heat exchangers are also being done with internal resources.

Procurement

Our procurement wing has established and developed own standards of Technical delivery conditions for all critical items like BQ Plates, SS Plates, CS & SS Forgings, Pipes, Fittings, Fasteners & Gaskets and other BOC items in line with ASME codes of construction as well as the customer  specifications on case to case basis. Trusted and dependable chain of vendors for the supply of raw material & components are developed to organize the receipts in shortest possible time.

Quality Assurance 

Right from its inception, adherence to quality has been the hallmark of ‘SREE RAMAKRISHNA ENGINEERING ENTERPRISES’. The Company has a Quality Control Division which undertakes quality checks at every stage of manufacture. At ‘SREE RAMAKRISHNA ENGINEERING ENTERPRISES’ quality is an obsession. Committed to quality and in total command right from Design, Planning and Procurement to Fabrication, the company keeps abreast of the latest Technology in Fabrication.
The quality control team includes quality control engineers, ASNT Level II certificate holders for RT, LPI, MPI & UT and CSWIP certified welding engineers. The various Activities covered under this wing are:

•  Preparation of QAP / ITP – Job wise
•  Conducting stage wise inspections & recording
•  Review of Radiography films,
• Co-ordination and liaison with TPI agencies
• Co-Ordinating and witnessing NDT tests like DPT, MPT and UT
• Liaison with clients on quality standards
• Calibration of gauges & instruments periodically
• Organizing Hydrostatic / Pneumatic test and witnessing along with TPI
• Organizing physical & chemical testing of samples as required through outside agency locally
• Review of quality standards and updating.

• Fabrication, Supply and Erection of Cable Pipe Rack for Air Liquide India Holding Pvt Ltd in RINL Visakhapatnam, A.P
• Fabrication of Argon Cold Box Structure for Air Liquide Engineering India Pvt Ltd.
• Supply of Conveyor Structural’s for Felguera Gruas India Pvt Ltd KPCL Project, Nellore, A.P.
• Fabrication, trail assembly and Supply of Cold Box Structure for BOC India Ltd NINL Project, Odisha.

Pressure Vessels

‘SREE RAMAKRISHNA ENGINEERING ENTERPRISES’ has handled an extensive range of high quality & Precision Fabricated Equipments like Cryogenic Equipment, Buffer Vessels, Storage Tanks, Fluid Bed Coolers, and a host of Pressure Vessels conforming to well acclaimed standards namely: 
(a)IS, (b) BS, (c) ASME, (d) TEMA, (e) API, (f) IBR, etc., under Third Party Inspection agencies as per customer requirement.
The scope includes Manufacture and supply. In selective cases erection work is also undertaken.
