“Veekay“ Single Mode Planer Lightwave Circuit Splitter (PLCS) provides a low cost communication and distribution solution with small form factor and high reliability. These PLCS devices have high performance in terms of low insertion loss, low PDL, high return loss and excellent uniformity over a wide wavelength range while working in temperature from -40 deg. C to +85 deg. C. In Passive Optical Networks (PON) and Gigabit Ethernet Passive Optical Network (GEPON) these PLCs are used as passive components for applications of Fibre to the home (FTTH) to cater to Broadband, Voice, Data and video services requirement of the customer / user. These are used singly or on OLTs in various combination like Nx2, Nx4, Nx8, Nx16, Nx32, Nx64 or other combination as required. These PLCs are available as Bare Fibre type, Module Type with UPC or APC connectors of various types.
