Description

FCRA stands for Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act. It is an act passed by the Indian government to regulate foreign contributions and hospitality to Indian NGOs and organizations. If an NGO or organization wants to receive foreign contributions or hospitality, they need to be registered under FCRA. To register under FCRA, an NGO or organization needs to apply online through the FCRA portal. The application form needs to be filled out and submitted along with the necessary documents, such as registration certificate, PAN card, bank statement, etc.
