Description

This product is used to dilute template DNA or RNA when preparing the serial dilution of the standard for establishing the standard curve in real-time PCR. When template DNA and RNA are diluted with sterile purified water or TE buffer, they can stick to the inside tube which may prevent correct dilution. This product helps to avoid occurring this absorption and the correct dilution at lower concentrations is possible. In addition, as this product does not include nucleic acid like tRNA or rRNA, non-specific amplification derived from those RNA will not happen.
