Tubular Furnace

Description

Table top and split type tubular furnace. FURNACE CHAMBER: The tube Furnace with quartz tube of size id 65mm (ID) x 70mm (OD) x 1000mm (L) (both end open). It is a with hot zone size is 150 mm X 150 mm X 250(H) mm. Vacuum Connection is with feedthrough port. The chamber is mounted on a sturdy MS frame (neatly painted) and the chamber is placed Horizontally. The flanged front end can be opened / closed operated manually. The front is fixed with ‘O’ ring and clamping arrangements and the it is double walled for water cooling. The heating element / multiple wire bundle element made out of low voltage material and are fitted on all sides of hot zone inside the chamber. The heaters are insulated with radiation FURNACE DETAILS: Heating Element: Heating element are either APM Kanthal or better with power 4 kW multiple wire bundle elements. Heating element and are fitted uniformly all around the hot zone. The heaters are easily removable for servicing and maintenance. Insulation: The heaters are insulated with radiation shields made out of Ceramic wool, Moly, SS into layers of shields is provided. They are securely fixed with the help of ceramic insulators. There are rectangular and front and rear shield assemblies.
