The Thermal Evaporation system is fabricated as per your specifications and details provided with the tender enquiry. It is designed for Coating Unit covers application in Microelectronic, Optics, Metallurgy, Electron Microscopy etc. The coating system features a specially designed Diffusion Pump & fitted with Liquid Nitrogen Trap ensuring clean vacuum and rapid pump down cycle. It essentially consists of: 1. High Vacuum Pumping System 2. High Vacuum Chamber 3. Base Plate 4. Vacuum Measuring Gauges 5. 2 Sets of LT Electrode with LT power Supply 6. Housing cabinet with the unit is mounted on 4 caster wheels and necessary safety switches like High voltage/current safety/cut off interlocks are to be provided. Vacuum switches, water flow cutoff switches. 7. Digital thickness monitor (Optional) 8. Substrate holder 9. One Thermal evaporation sources.
