Designed specifically for the surface preparation of cookware components, this grit blasting machine ensures consistent cleaning and uniform surface finishing prior to coating, painting, or further processing. The machine features a robust indexing system comprising one main rotary table equipped with ten auxiliary work tables, enabling continuous loading, blasting, and unloading operations for enhanced productivity. Each blasting station is equipped with four high-performance power blasting guns, providing comprehensive coverage of component surfaces. A total of eight power blasting guns are installed, ensuring efficient and uniform blasting across both operating stations. The system utilizes non-metallic abrasives to achieve the required surface profile while protecting component integrity. Its efficient design delivers high throughput, reduced cycle times, and consistent surface quality, making it an ideal solution for cookware manufacturing applications. Dust collection system has 3 microns cartridge filters and 0.3 microns secondary filters.
