The 2 Turbine Spinner Hanger Shot Blasting Machine is designed for efficient cleaning, descaling, and surface preparation of medium to large fabricated, cast, forged, and machined components. Equipped with two high-performance blast turbines, the machine delivers thorough and uniform shot blasting coverage, ensuring superior surface quality and preparation for subsequent coating or machining processes. The machine features a spinner hanger system that continuously rotates the suspended workpieces during blasting, allowing complete exposure to the abrasive stream and consistent treatment of all surfaces. With a workload capacity of 1,000 kg, 1,000 mm swing diameter, and 1,000 mm hanger height, the machine is ideally suited for a wide range of industrial applications. Powered by a 30 HP installed system, comprising 2 × 10 HP blast wheels, 1.5 HP bucket elevator, 1 HP spinner drive, and 7.5 HP dust collector impeller, the machine ensures high blasting efficiency, reliable abrasive recovery, and effective dust extraction for a clean working environment.
