Description

The Abrasive Blasting Machine for Die & Mould Cleaning is specifically designed for efficient removal of scale, residue, carbon deposits, and surface contaminants from dies and moulds. The system provides precise and controlled blasting, helping to restore component surfaces while extending tool life and improving production quality. The die or mould is loaded onto a rotary work table mounted on a manually operated push-pull trolley, allowing easy loading and unloading of components. The machine is equipped with a high-performance power blasting gun fitted with a wear-resistant boron carbide nozzle for effective and consistent cleaning. During operation, the operator manually directs the blasting gun to the required areas of the component and activates the blasting process using a foot-operated switch. This enables targeted cleaning of critical surfaces, ensuring complete removal of contaminants while minimising abrasive consumption.
