1. This System have capability to change roles and responsibility as per SAP master database/ESSMSS mapping. 2.This System be roll based management system as per departmental hierarchy. 3. System shall enable the coordinator to assign by system administrator having a flexible procedure to change coordination time to time. 4. This System enable the user to register fire extinguishers and submit the details of the fire extinguisher as per monthly, quarterly, three yearly and five yearly with Add, modify, and delete options availability. 5. This System generate online maintenance/servicing. User shall enable view fire extinguisher maintenance details and generate report from the system. 6. This System shall generate maintenance call depending on expiry date, and considering volume of job which can be carried out by maintenance person. 7. This System have provision for adjusting number jobs (Fire extinguisher maintenance) per maintenance practice determined officer concern. 8. This System consider Sundays/holidays by for calculating remaining jobs/expire dates. System provide flexibility to manual intervention having default as auto. 9. This System shall set next due data against maintenance call attended and validated. 10. This System shall generate weekly report considering start date as report date and next 30 days as end date. Report shall contain the extinguisher whose maintenance call is there in the next 30 days and whose maintenance was expired/not executed/pending with comment. 11. This System allow reschedule automatically for maintenance date expired of fire extinguisher with automatic mail/SMS notification with brief description. 12. User will carry out the task of maintenance and shift in charge will review/validate the work in the This System. Non completion of jobs in particular shift, system generate automatic mail/SMS notification with brief description shall be circulated to the concern. 13. This System provide role based management of the tasks of maintenance of the fire extinguisher. 14. This System able to generate customized automated mail as per Plant/Location as and when required. This System have capability of generation various customized reports dynamically for each audit and reports be user friendly viewable/printable format. 15. This System provide for proper user authentication and access control mechanisms so as to ensure that only authorized users can access relevant information.
