BODY Stainless Steel top with vessel resting, bottom water tank fitted with thermostatically controlled electric heater & water outlet valve. Surrounding the water tank thick insulation provided for minimum loss of heat. One side of the top three cylindrical vessels provided without Bain Marie, front side tray rail provided for service tray. Bottom shelf and three sides covering. Left end side of the counter provided warming case with middle shelf for cutlery and crockery warming. VESSELS Rectangular Stainless Steel vessel with lid. Two No’s 15 ltrs capacity & five No’s 10 ltrs capacity vessel. VERTICALS Stainless Steel pipe with adjustable bullet.
