BMC Software (Bulk Milk Cooler) / Data Logger System Features: 1. The software should be based on Web / Windows Application. 2. Day / shift wise Data from BMC society will be transferred to Centralized server and from main dairy after completion of lab test 3. Automatic backup of database every day at Centralized server and main dairy quality information 4. Electric Bill payment details: capturing the OB reading, close reading total units , total amount and bill payment date 5. Incentive management: Employee, can cleaning, building and other incentive management. 6. DG monitoring: diesel purchasing. Session wise captures the DG logs. 7. Tanker details: milk dispatch tanker details. 8. Silo drip scale values: capturing the silo information to calculate the milk quantity. 9. Cluster society /route master: option to crate the cluster societies and route. 10. User management and access control (menu permission): option to crate the user, and provide the user level permission. 11. Cluster society milk collection (with online) and lab test and truck sheet issue: capturing the cluster society’s milk and doing the lab test. 12. Capturing FAT and SNF from analyzer to BMC Software(online) 13. Milk dispatch to main dairy: capturing the temp, dip scale value dip in KG and online data transferred to Centralized server / main dairy. 14. Day / shift wise milk dispatch report generated automatically data transferred to Centralized server / main dairy. 15. Truck sheet data export to milk billing. 16. Taluk wise BMC report quantity and quality SMS to concerned officers/ directors. 7. BMC wise total quantity, quality (FAT, SNF and Temperature) information will reach all the concerned field officers and management as desired by the union by SMS and low quality milk details to the concerned officers M/S Vintage Computer Services has developed B.M.C Software for monitoring, controlling and supervising milk collection through BMCs in order to achieve better management and Transparent system of milk collection process. The advantages of BMC Software is as follows. 1) The Truck sheet of cluster societies & BMC Societies is generated and can be circulated to respective DCS Shift wise. 2) The truck sheet particulars of cluster societies shift wise is recorded and forward to the dairy along with tanker. 3) The quality and quantity particulars kg fat & SNF recorded at BMC DCS and the BMC Bulk milk quality &quantity the difference in kg fat as per Truck sheet and Dip-scale readings, SNF and temperature can be recorded and will forwarded to dairy along with tanker. 4) The Difference in the weight dispatched from BMCs and weight recorded at dairy weigh bridge is automatically transferred to the respective BMC societies in proportion to the quantity of milk supplied. 5) The truck sheet details of BMC DCS& cluster DCS can be imported to billing software for billing purpose of respective societies. 6) Daily quality &quantity report can be received by the supervising authority of the union and cluster DCS secretaries by way of SMS. 7) The Tanker vehicle number arrival and departure time can be recorded 8) The D.G running time. Cost of diesel consumed can be recorded and maintained at BMC Societies. 9) Electricity consumed and monthly payment made at BMC DCS can be recorded and maintained. 10) The diesel purchase details like quantity purchase rate, amount, DG running, time and quantity of diesel used can be recorded and maintained. 11) All the D.G log book details with reports could be generated in the software. 12) Report like truck sheet, milk dispatch day wise, week wise, month wise & year wise could be generated.
