Description

A Milk Collection is a Process of collections of the milk which is coming from different societies through the trucks twice in a day this milk coming from the societies are collected with their respective sample numbers and send it to the quality control department. And finally the collected milk will chilled and send to respective dairies through milk tankers. Quality test Milk Tanker Society: In this phase the former or member of the society will pour the milk in the society and these milks are collected to milk cans and send it through the truck to the respective Chilling Center. Truck: The truck will collect the milk from societies and comes to the respective chilling center. Milk Collection: Here the milk collection process takes place with the help of weigh scale where all the qty of the Milk will be recorded with the sample no according to the respective societies. Lab: Here the sample milk will take to do the quality check for CLR, FAT and SNF. Weighbridge: All the chilled milk will weigh for the qty which is sending through tanker to the main dairy or other Dairy. To Dairies: All the milk which is weighed and tested will chilled for certain temperature and sends it to the Main Dairy or Other Dairy through the milk tankers SMS: After completion of milk collection and lab test the data is going to particular secretary of society. Note :- Dairy only provide the SMS gateway to support the SMS functionality Email: After completion of milk collection and lab test in cc data will be mail to main dairy. Raw Milk Reception Dock : Milk Collection: In this Milk collection all the societies milk will collected according to route wise comes through truck. And all the milk weight is recorded automatically through weigh scale and the parallel milk sample no is collected according to society wise to generate the quality test in the lab. Lab Test: Here all the collected samples milk are tested to generate the reading of milk like FAT, CLR, SNF. Report Generation: Here all type of reports are generated according to the user requirement. And it generates once the lab test done. Milk tanker Weighment: Here all the Chilled milk are weighed in the tanker to get the net weight of milk and finally they dispatched to the Dairies. Milk Dispatch: Here all the weighed tankers are dispatched to the respective diaries with the quality test details.
