Acoustical Enclosures: Wehave been designing and manufacturing Acoustical Enclosures and silencers since 2008. With experience of more than 7-8 years in working with manufacturing company of Acoustical Enclosures. We have manufactured our acoustical enclosures even to Procter & Gambledesigned and successfully tested our enclosures for Indian Commissioning Standard for our esteemed client Procter and Gamble Home products Ltd. As per Noise Control Engineering Center, have developed revolutionary technologies in the Panels that we use for our acoustical enclosures, called "Multi layer Multi Absorptive technology", using which maximum Insertion loss or Transmission loss is achieved. Ideally, all of Acoustical Enclosures are designed for 40 dB of Transmission Loss. Practically, we always achieve approximately 30 dB of Transmission Loss for panel type 100S. We have designed and successfully tested the acoustical enclosures even for greater transmission loss of even 40 and 50 dB. Our Acoustical Enclosures are Custom and modular designed, for your machine noise.We also guarantee you that the temperature inside the acoustical enclosure will not exceed or - 2 ? of the ambient temperature. We have our own design of the Silencers/Attenuators for our Acoustical Enclosures which provides you with appropriate amount of air circulation while considering the heat load of your machine and the people working inside the enclosure to provide them with a comfortable environment to work in. We are the recognized experts in India, for designing and manufacturing the acoustical enclosures for your Compressors/Pumps/Turbines/Engines/Generator Sets or any other noise making machines for that matter. We always guarantee our customers that Sound Pressure Level measured at 1 meter distance from the enclosure will not exceed 80 dB which is the requirement for most of the applications. Acoustical Enclosures for higher transmission loss may also be designed for special purpose applications. We have done project at JHS Kala-Amb (H.P), acoustic enclosures and silencers for dust collector blowers. Before installation of system noise level was 110dB, and after installation system noise level achieved 50-54 dB and client requirement is upto 70dB. Silencer : A device for reducing the amount of noise emitted by the exhaust of an internal combustion engine. We offer complete line of silencers for noise control in industrial and HVAC applications. Silencers have been designed, tested, and manufactured to ensure the highest performance and most efficient operation at an economical price. Air Silence has conducted acoustical testing programs on all silencers. As a result of these tests, reliable and accurate performance data is available. This data allows the performance of silencers to be easily and accurately predicted, and makes it possible to select the proper model and size to meet specified noise reduction requirements.
