Thin Layar Chromatography Apparatus Brass Applicator , BSG Tank PSAW To introduced the principles of absorption chromatography using the thin layer technique. This machine is having moveable applicator with inbuilt thickness arrangement between 0 to 2mm (minimum Div. 0.25mm). It further consists of the folowing components. a) Spreader(Applicator) b) Perpex base of 114x23cm to support glass plates. c) Plate rack aluminium, anodised, for ten 20x20cm or 20x10cm plates. d) Developing tank with lid. e) Spotting template made of perspex. f) T.L.C. plates set of five 20x20cm and two 20x5cm or set of ten 20x10cm and two 20x5cm. g) Glass sprayer with rubber bellow, Cap. 100ml. h) scriber for making lines made of stainless steel. i) Instruction manual.
